The concept of wine producing and growing has taken me to the dry region of Alcanadre, a town in the Ribera del Ebro district of Spain, at an altitude of 350-450 meters, where we find a perfect climate for the cultivation of a superior grape.

The earth is nurtured with only organic materials, humus compost, and this way the vine obtains all its nutritional needs without having to add any chemical or aggressive fertilizer.

The wines are hungin trellises with a frame of 3 x 1.10. The pruning is from three or four thumbs to two bud.

To produce a superior wine, we protect the grapevines during the entire year, from plagues and other menacing illnesses, by caressing the fruit with great dedication, utilizing only 100% organic products to obtain the authentic, natural flavor of the varietal that we harvest.

First we cut the vines cluster by cluster without mistreating the fruit so that it arrives in the winery in a perfect state. Then we collect our harvest in boxes to then begin a chilled pre-fermentation.

The grape is distemmed and then introduced into stainless steel tankswhere it then begins its first fermentation with its skins during 20-25 days to attain all that it needs to produce a fine red wine. Subsequently, the second fermentation creates natural clarification.

The final step is then to make a crianza to the taste of every varietal in the oak barrels.
