    13,5 % Vol.

    This wine is born from my own vintage where we harvest these varietals. This is a red wine mixed with 50% tempranillo and 50% garnacha that is matured in French oak barrels for four months, and then subsequently it continues maturing until today.

    The grapes are selected, cut one-by-one, and then placed in boxes, with great care in each step.

    Then they are cooled in the chamber to begin the chilled pre-fermentation process, distemmed.Next, the wine ferments and matures with skins during their twenty days in stainless steel tanks. After, the wine matures in barrels, during which time the wine is tamed and prepared for its long life as itappreciates the pleasant tastes of fruit and oak.

    This Bordelesa bottle, is a black Author Troncocónica, and it has a natural cork, tin capsule, and a handcrafted and aged tin label of 750 ml.
